About the position

  • Help build onboarding processes, select and manage a variety of tools necessary to provide a world-class onboarding experience;
  • Manage a growing team of specialists who will improve the onboarding experience in the way that you see fit;
  • Measure key performance indicators for your team, and suggest ways to improve those indicators;
  • Take ownership of the entire onboarding process, including emails, product tours, phone calls, video calls, follow ups, and post-uninstall communications;
  • Build processes that are unique to each of our app offerings, and continually iterate on these processes.

Job requirements

  • Somebody who is able to work core North American hours;
  • 2+ years experience helping customers onboard a SaaS product;
  • 2+ years experience with an eCommerce platform (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce);
  • Experience guiding customers with video calls;
  • Experience as a team lead or team manager;
  • Ability to work with the data team to extract the necessary information to help quantify your progress;
  • A self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity with little direction;
  • An ability to motivate. You listen before speaking and understand before providing solutions. You focus on the relationship and build trust easily;
  • A desire to collaborate. To deliver high-quality features as quickly as possible, you'll need to partner with many different people and departments;
  • A knack for the details, with an understanding of the big picture. In your role, the details matter, and help drive your team forward with a sense of direction and clarity;
  • Excellent communicator who feel comfortable working in a remote environment;
  • Tech savvy and feel comfortable working with a fast-growing tech start-up.
